Circle on Cavill is located just a few seconds stroll from the heart of Surfers Paradise on the Gold Coast.

Airports
Circle on Cavill is approximately 20 minutes from Coolangatta Airport, and approximately one hour from Brisbane domestic and international airports.

Public Transport
Buses regularly service the areas immediately surrounding Circle on Cavill and several other locations in Surfers Paradise.
There are train stations located at Helensvale, Nerang and Robina, all of which are approximately 20 minutes by car, and all have regular bus and taxi services to Surfers Paradise.

Buyers please note that a refundable $200 cash key deposit is required per set of keys on arrival at the accommodation. This will be refunded on departure upon return of the keys. Government issued ID and a valid Credit Card is also required as a security deposit for the accommodation. (if no valid credit card is available, a Cash Bond will be required, please email for further information)
Check in and check out including key giving and collecting is done by our own staff personally, (not by the Reception of the Resort).

IF YOUR DATES ARE MARKED IN GREEN WHICH IS AVAILABLE THEN YOU CAN START BIDDING BUT PLEASE KEEP AN EYE ON THE CALENDARS FOR THE DURATION OF THE AUCTION AND PRIOR TO CLOSE OF AUCTION TO MAKE SURE YOUR DATES ARE STILL AVAILABLE.

IF YOUR DATES HAPPEN TO GO DURING AN AUCTION AND BECOME UNAVAILABLE YOU WILL NEED TO RETRACT/CANCEL YOUR BIDS THROUGH EBAY OR CHOOSE ALTERNATE DATES.

ONCE SUCCESSFUL IN WINNING AN AUCTION YOU WILL NEED TO COMPLETE CHECKOUT THROUGH EBAY AND USE THE LINK PROVIDED TO COMPLETE A BOOKING FORM WHICH WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE SENT THROUGH TO US ON COMPLETION.
WE WILL THEN CHECK THE DATES AND BOOK YOU IN.

ONCE WE HAVE RECEIVED THE COMPLETED BOOKING FORM AND YOUR CLEARED PAYMENT WE CAN DO UP YOUR ACCOMMODATION CERTIFICATE OF CONFIRMATION AND IT WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU WITHIN 2 WORKING DAYS.

YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE THIS CERTIFICATE WITH YOU TO PRESENT TO OUR CHECK-IN STAFF ON ARRIVAL WHO DO PERSONAL MEET AND GREETS WITH EVERYONE.
THEY WILL MEET YOU AT THE FOYER AREA AT YOUR APPROX ARRIVAL TIME.
