  * Advance Fitness RUBBER Pro Style Dumbbell Set with Solid chrome end caps are all pre-assembled by press fitting the plates onto each handle using a special thread locker and then torqued together with an air gun to ensure that they meet the standards required in heavy used commercial applications or hard-core home use.
  
  All Advance Fitness RUBBER pro style dumbbells use a solid steel bolt design; bigger, longer and stronger than the competition and feature special deep set knurling for functional performance and top of the line black premium RUBBER plates.   * Dumbbell exercises form an integral part of most strength training programs. They can be used to develop the various different elements of strength such as maximal strength, hypertrophy or muscle mass, explosive power and strength endurance.
