This item is covered by a 3 year warranty against faulty workmanship or materials.
The warranty is given only for the benefit of the 'original user' ie. the user that bought it directly from us.
The warranty only applies to products that are used in the location at which the product is first installed or used.
The chair warranty is only limited to chairs used for not more than 8 hours per day by users weighing not more than 95kg.
Wear and tear is not covered under warranty.
Damage arising from the original users negligent use of or abuse of products is not covered by warranty.
Products used for rental purposes are not covered under warranty.
Should an original user wish to make a warranty enquiry, email us at enquiries@ezibidz.com.au and a warranty claim form will be forwarded. That form contains instructions for making a warranty claim.
Our liability to the original user will be limited, at our election, to repair or replacement of the faulty component.
Should we accept a warranty claim that requires replacement of a component, we will freight the component to the original user at no cost.
