All returned items must arrive at P & P International in the same condition as when they left the warehouse. Repack the product(s) appropriately so as to protect during shipping.All Postage & handling costs are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.

In case of the damaged items due to the transportation and postage, please immediately Contact us and keep all the broken items as well as all packing materials. After we get the confirmation of the damaged items, we will contact Australia post and refund you the full value of the items (excl. P&H) or re-send new items to you. All damages need to be reported within 3 days after the date of receiving. In the event the customer fails to notify the P & P International office of any damages within the time frame above, Customer waives all rights to file a claim at a later date.
Picked-up items: To ensure the satisfaction of customers, all items picked up at the warehouse will be thoroughly inspected by the customer. Customers will then sign an 'inspected at time of pick-up clause', items returned after this will be treated as 'change of mind' returns (see above).
Replacement Guarantee:
Some products (such as chrome bathroom wares) have a replacement guarantee.
Our guarantee is offered on products that have been used in the manner for which they were intended, and does not apply to any products that have been misused or abused in any way. Products must be installed and cared for in line with our fixing instructions. The guarantee covers products in domestic use by the consumer and not commercial or business use. In the unlikely event the product fails within the guarantee period, we offer a free replacement or replacement part (or nearest equivalent). Liability is limited to individual products and does not cover consequential loss or damage on installation.
