Payment
PayPal (preferred), Visa/MasterCard. Buyer must contact us within 2 days (48 hours) following the close of the auction to arrange payment or item will be re-listed & a non-paying bidder claim will be filed with eBay.
Fees
NO sales tax for items sold/shipped outside of VA. 5% VA sales tax applies to all items sold/shipped in VA. NO handling fees other than applicable shipping charges.
Shipping
We ship WORLDWIDE. Depending on the item, we ship USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, USPS Express Mail, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping charges will vary according to destination, urgency (first class vs. UPS Next Day Air, etc.) and amount of insurance required for item.
Delivery
We ship every day except for Sunday. We will ship your item within 48 hours after clearance of payment. (If the 48 hours after clearance of payment falls on a weekend, we will ship first thing Monday morning.)
Refunds & Returns
Satisfaction is guaranteed on instrument purchases and a refund will be given if not satisfied and the item is returned within three (3) days in LIKE-NEW CONDITION. If the instrument has any damage, scratches, has been tampered with, no refund will be given. ALL return shipping expenses are paid by the buyer, unless the instrument was defective or arrived damaged, and must be insured for the purchase price as well as be able to be tracked. (You wouldn't send a $1,000.00 instrument First Class Mail.)
