Delivery
We only deliver to Australia & New Zealand. We cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to ship within 3 working days. Larger items are delivered via courier and cannot be left until someone signs for the parcel. Couriers cannot deliver to P.O.Box addresses.
Warranties
All new products are sold with the manufacturer's limited warranty. The warranty period and service varies by manufacturer and product. All warranty items must be returned to us at the buyers expense for warranty work. All items purchased from Five Star Music are made pursuant to a shipment contract.
