We accept Direct Deposit, PayPal, Internet Banking Transfer, Money Order, Cash on Pick Up (occassionally COD, only to prior agreement) and Personal Cheque. Please be advised that payment made via personal cheque and PayPals' eCheque may incur a shipping delay as goods will not be sent, or picked up, until cheque has cleared into my nominated bank account.
Please leave your EBAY USER ID or ITEM NUMBER when making payment to identify funds and prevent confusion. If this is not present on our statement there may be a delay in postage.
As Peppers Online staff post daily, we make the greatest effort to post your items the same day payment is received/cleared. We will despatch your item as soon as payment has been received in full within 2 business days. Same day mail out may not be possible to some areas receiving packages from selected couriers - depending on recipients location. If you would like to purchase multiple items, we can usually offer a postage discount, this may not be possible to some areas. Please contact us prior to purchasing so we can compare postage prices between Australia Post and multiple couriers to ensure you get the best price. Please contact us asap if you require immediate shipping and ask about our Silver Service for OVERNIGHT delivery INTERSTATE and possible same day delivery for Sydney customers.
If there is a Postage Rates Table (not a Postage Calculator) included in this listing, please use this as a GUIDE only. This is what it would cost to send to the CBD areas. If you're out of the CBD area, please contact us for an accurate quote as sometimes postage costs can vary.
In some circumstances Australia Post can be more expensive to send packages, so we can offer you the choice of services through varying reputable courier companies which may result in cheaper postage prices. If your item is at a better comparable price by courier, we will add their services price to your invoice - we always aim to ensure you get the best deal at the best price. If you prefer to use Australia Post, please notify us promptly and we will update your invoice and will resend to you.
Peppers Online are happy to post to ANYWHERE within Australia.
Australia Post customers can add an additional (but optional) charge of $2.80 for shipping insurance, (Registered Post), for items valued at $100 or less. Extra cover of up to $5000 per article can be purchased for $1.25 per $100 or part thereof, up to the $5000 maximum. Please note that all items purchased requiring Australia Posts services will have the minimum of $2.80 (except those of value less then $20) included on the invoice as "required." If you do not wish to purchase insurance for your item, please notify us promptly and we will update your invoice.
Please note that we DO NOT accept responsibility for goods LOST, STOLEN, DAMAGED or DELAYED in transit, so please pay the small amount extra for shipping insurance. If you require insurance for goods sent via courier, please contact me prior to auction end to determine costs as this WILL NOT be added to the price unless requested.
If by chance your item is found to be lost, stolen or damaged, and it has the appropriate insurance, it will be replaced or money refunded only AFTER the carrier has completed their investigation and declared the item lost, stolen or damaged.
All shipping costs associated with returning a damaged/faulty item are the responsibility of the buyer.
Please understand that all package carriers/agents used by Peppers Online do not work weekends or public holidays and any estimated time frames are guidelines in BUSINESS DAYS ONLY.
Unless to prior arrangement, all items will be sent to the address on your eBay's "Buyer's Details" page. Frequent updating of this page will ensure your item is sent to the correct address. If you would like us to send your item to a differing address, please email us to confirm recipients details so we can update your invoice accordingly. Peppers Online will not send an item to any address given on the email receipt of a PayPal payment notification. All confirmation should be made prior to postage by updating your details page or emailing us to confirm recipients address.
