Methods of payment we accept:

	There are 2 ways you can pay by VISA or Mastercard. Fax your Credit Card details to us (additional $3 processing fee) Phone through your Credit Card details (additional $3 processing fee)
	Internet Banking.
	Direct Deposit your amount into our account over the counter at your local Commonwealth Bank.
	Money Orders can be purchased at your local Australia Post Office.
	Bank & Personal Cheques - Please allow 5 working days for it to clear.

Please Note: We DO NOT accept COD or Cash (We DO NOT allow pick-ups).

• Please make sure your address you enter via our checkout is CORRECT as we send our items to THAT ADDRESS and we are not liable or responsible if you made a mistake or do not inform us of any changes.

• If you have a PO Box address or an address where Fastway Courier do not deliver , we will send it Regular with an Australia post.
  

• All our auctions have a FLAT SHIPPING cost Australia wide , no exceptions.
  

• We offer COMBINED SHIPPING discount on all of our items paid for at the same time. Full shipping will be charged for the item with the highest shipping cost, other additional items will be charged at $5.00 per Item. Just wait for all your items to end before making payment.

• Dispatch of goods is during business hours from Monday - Friday.

• Item will not ship until payment has been received in full.

• Once payment is received we will send you an email informing you the day your goods will be dispatched.

• In most cases you will receive your goods quickly but please allow up to 10 working days for them to arrive.

• If you have not received your parcel after 10 working days, please contact us so we can chase it up.

• We will do everything we can to ensure delivery, but can ultimately not be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods.
