1. Please do not bid if you have an overall negative feedback rating.
2. All winners must contact us within 3 days after auction ends.
3. Payment must be received within 7 days or winner of this auction will known as not interested (please contact me if payment will take longer).
4. If no payment or contact is made within 7 days after auction ends a Non Paying Bidder Policy will be filed as "Both Parties Agree to cancel the transaction".
5. If you have any questions, please ask before you bid! This will prevent any argument or negative feedback in the future!
6. All auctions are GST inclusive invoice upon on request.
Warranty Returns Policy:
All our item comes with 30 days limited warranty.If an item is found faulty within the warranty period simply return it to us we will exchange it for an alternative product .
To qualify for the 30 day money back guarantee:
1. The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
2. The goods must be received back within 30 days from the day you received your order.
3. Please include a note detailing the reason for any return, so that we can try to serve you better in the future. 4. You should then return the goods, with all packaging, (please use a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for any loss of your parcel on the way back to us) to our warehouse. |
