The 450E Electric paper guillotine is a great investment for your print/copy shop, school, university, business, church or any other organisation with a in-house printing department.

This guillotine makes it so easy to print jobs imposed on large sheets, and trim down to the correct size. Now you can easily cut out postcards, brochures, small flyers and even business cards that you’ve printed on your colour copier/digital printer.

Features: Lit cutting strip - thin line of light shines on paper to show where you are cutting.

Cutting width: 450mm Wide cut - You can buy in SRA2 paper and trim down to A3/SRA3

Electric Clamp: The electric clamp comes down to hold paper down, no slippage as the paper is held by the high pressure clamp.

Electric Paper Cut: The blade is electric and cuts through the paper with no manual pressure.

Safety: Clear hard plastic safety screen (not shown in photos) must be lowered down before machine will operate. Machine does not operate unless the two buttons are pressed at the same time.

Hands must be on the cut/clamp button, otherwise the machine will stop. If one button is released mid-cut, the machine automatically cuts-off.

Stand/Cabinet: Machine is on stand (Metal storage cabinet) which is ultra sturdy.

Roll and lock backstop - manual operation. The silver roller to push the back-stop runs along a strong metal track, with precise measurements allowing for accurate cutting.

Parts: The only consumable parts are light globes, electical fuse and the cutting strip. A blue plastic strip that has 4 sides and rotates when worn. Replacement cutting strips are approx $40.00. Moving parts in the machine should also be greased regularly to maintain optimum performance.

Blade: The cutting blade is a toughened steel blade that can be sharpened by all commercial blade/tool sharpening services. It simply un-screws from the machine, and you send it to be sharpened (Approx cost $50.00). You will probably need to do this once a year, or twice if you cut laminated, adhesive or magnetic stocks often.

Min cut size is: 50mm (x 450mm wide) You can cut smaller by chocking back stop with extra paper/card.

Max cut size is: 450mm Depth ( x 450mm wide)
