CONDITIONS OF MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY

365 day back to base warranty

Covers manufacturers faults ONLY! Any faults/ breakages / damage / liquid damage ( ie liquid sucked into machine ) / items stuck in nozzle caused by user, will not be covered by warranty. All items will be inspected thoroughly on warranty claim.

Back to base warranty. Customer is to pay all postage / handling costs BACK TO BASE and RETURN TO CUSTOMER. Please ensure all RETURN postage costs are paid before returning item. Or item will be withheld until payment is received.

CONDITIONS OF REFUND

Refund is available with in 7 days of receiving goods.

No postage / handling costs are refundable.

Goods are to be returned at the expense of customer

A $15 restocking fee is applicable for return. ( Charge will be deducted from FINAL refund. )

Goods are to be returned in original packaging and in “AS NEW” condition. Copy of Ebay Receipt to be included.
