1. Pick ups are welcome via appointment for surfboards only.

2. We do not post Surfboards to PO BOX, please supply correct information upon purchase of ur board. It is also essential that we are provided with a contact phone number.

3. Our freight normally take between 3-7 working days unless public holidays are in question and may be delayed 1 or 2 days.

4. As delivery is usually carried out between 9am and 5pm (Monday to Friday) we recommend that if you are not at home to sign for the goods, you need to provide us with your work address for delivery. A contact phone number is required to ensure the transport company can contact you if necessary.

5. We use a reputable transport company. Our packaging is excellent... the board is bubble wrapped with reinforcement on nose, tail and rails and then boxed. Please contact us prior to dispatch if you require insurance at an extra cost. We do not accept responsibility for damage in freight.

Payment must be made within 7 days of purchase. Please contact us to discuss alternative methods of payment should you need. We accept Credit Card, Direct Deposit & COD (for Surfboards COD on Pick Up Only). Pay Pal is also available.

What is ur refund policy at Sideways?

1. In the unlikely event that the buyer is not 100% thrilled with our product within 30 days, the buyer can return the item back to Sideways. The buyer pays for freight charges to return the item to Sideways and we will  promptly and courteously refund 100% of the purchase price less original freight, pay pal and handling cost.
2. Items returned must be in original packaging and complete.
3. Sideways will not accept the return of used items

Do your prices include GST?

A: All our prices include GST. Only the freight charge needs to be added to the closing price of an auction.

How will you ship the product once I've won the auction?

A: Sidewaysboardsports use our own courier or Australia Post to deliver all our items.

Do you sell outside of Australia?

A: We only sell / deliver products to addresses within Australia.
