Payment and Postage

• Payment can be made via Paypal, Bank Deposit or Cash on Pick Up (gets you a 2% discount).
• All my items are sent by Courier, Registered or Express Post; a tracking number can be provided upon request.
• Most Australians should expect delivery within 2-6 business days of payment clearing.
• Please contact me if your item is not delivered within the expected timeframe and I will find out where it is.
• Insurance is always included in the cost of the postage price.
• Please take into account registration ($2.85) and packaging ($2-$4) when rating my postage costs.
• If you are accidently overcharged a significant amount for postage & handling, I will give you a partial refund through Paypal or bank deposit.
• Unless the listing states otherwise, winning bidders can pick up the item in Balwyn, Victoria.

Refunds and Exchanges

• If the item arrives damaged, the buyer must keep the article, including all wrapping and packaging, for insurance purposes.
•  If you order the wrong size item or simply decide you don't want an item after it has been posted, I WILL refund or exchange, but you will incur all postage costs
• I WILL NOT REFUND DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS; a replacement will be sent when the item is returned or confirmed as not delivered.
• New items must be returned in the original unopened packaging with all tags and stickers still attached to qualify for a refund.
• Returns will not be accepted for radios and antennas that have been damaged during installation; this includes connecting the power cord incorrectly (remember positive and negative must match). It is highly recommended you read the instruction manual before installing or powering up any bought items. All radios will be checked by a qualified technician before an exchange is given, to ensure that no parts have been removed or swapped and there's no damage caused by the buyer.
