Shipping and Handling
· Please refer to the shipping table on each item listing for the cost of shipment.
· Shipments are usually made within 48 hours of payment being received.
· All shipments are dispatched directly from our warehouse, pickup is not possible.
· Our shipping partner is Australia Post.
· Shipping, handling and transit insurance fees are non refundable.
· Free online track and trace is available 24/7 for all shipped items. Tracking details are provided on request once your item has been shipped.
· Low cost, fixed rate insurance is optional. This covers you for the purchase price of your item only. Insurance claims can be lodged via the forms available at any Post Office using your tracking number as reference. To assist your claim, please keep the evidence of damage.
· You can save on shipping when you purchase multiple items. If you want this service you must request it at the checkout and pay all won items together. Discounted shipping rates are calculated as follows:
o The item with highest shipping and handling amount will be charged at full price.
o Each additional item being charged at 20% discount to their normal shipping and handling price. For example, if you won 3 items and Shipping and Handling is $20, $15, and $10, combined shipping cost will be $40 ($20 + $12 + $8). |
Delivery
Ø All deliveries are made to buyer’s address provided in you eBay profile. Please ensure that your information is correct before you bid, as we do not refund for shipment made on any incorrect information. Buyers will also be charged a re-delivery fee for items that are undelivered and returned to the seller as a result of unsuccessful delivery.
Ø Please allow up to 14 working days for delivery once payment has been confirmed. In most cases delivery is much quicker.
Ø Deliveries are made during normal business hours. If you are not home, a pickup card will be left for you to retrieve the item from your local post office.
Ø We are not directly liable for any loss, theft, or damage to any goods during shipping, although we will assist you wherever possible.

2. The buyer must check their item immediately and report any damage or faults to the seller by e-mail within 24 hours of having received their item. We reserve the right to refuse any claims that are made after this timeframe.
3. Returns must be approved and authorized in writing by the seller prior to their return. Any approved return will be issued with a Returns Authorization Number (RA). Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of having received the item. Products returned after this time will not be accepted. Products must be returned in the original packing materials with all accessories included. No responsibility is taken for goods returned without a Returns Authorization Number (RA).
