Payment
- Most payment methods is accepted such as paypal, direct bank deposit, money order or cheque.
- Payments must be made within 5 days of auction ended. Payments made after the period may not be process if the stock is no longer available. However, refund will be issued. Please contact us if you have problem with your payment.
- Non paying buyers will be reported to the Auction site!
Shipping
- Most products are usually dispatched from us between 1-3 workings day upon receipt of payment.
- All items are sent via Australia Post eParcel services, excepting large and heavier items which are sent via courier.
- We can delivery items to your home, work, or even P.O.Box . If no one available upon item arrival, note will be left for collection of item in your nearest post office.
- Please allow 3-10 working days for Australia Post and our couriers to deliver once payment has been received. Except for far area such as WA or NT regional will take longer time.
- All items and posted with a tracking number. You are welcome to contact us for tracking number if you would like to track your item. Please note tracking number will only available after the item being posted (not during dispatching)
- For total peace of mind, all items are sent with full transit insurance.

- For Money back guarantee, only item price is eligible for refund and not the postage fee. A restocking fee of $7.95 per item returned ($12.95 for items weighing in excess of 25kgs) will be deducted. Please note if requirements are not met, only maximum of 50% refund will be offered – depending our evaluation of the returning product.
- For warranty claims, item will be replaced with the same item originally purchased. Buyers pay all freight charges including return and replace of item. In the case that replacement cannot be made due to out of stock, refund will be offered for the price of the item which excluded freight charges. The policy is in addition to your statutory rights under the Trade Practices Act.
- All return requests must be made with 7/14 days of delivery or void.
- All refund will be issued in the form of original payment used for purchased.
