• Buyers are responsible for the return postage and shipping charges to send the item back. All returned products found to be non-defective after the inspection are subject to a return shipping and handling charge which will be paid for by the buyer.
• In the event that a suitable replacement is not available, we may substitute a similar item of equal or greater value.
• In order to return an item you must contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number or R/A Number.
• All sales are final. If the item you have ordered is defective upon arrival, you must contact us within the 10-days after receive the item and we will replace the defective item for you.
• Cancelling orders will be subject to a $25 restocking fee. Please understand that this fee covers my original listing fee, shipping fee, depreciation of the item and the time to process the return.
