Due to Occupational Health and Safety , someone must assist the courier driver with unloading the item as it is too heavy for one person to carry on their own.. If you do not have anyone to assist the driver, then you will require a tail gate truck to unload your parcel. There will be an additional charge for a tail gate if you require a tail gate, please contact us via email after the auction has completed.
PLEASE NOTE: If you suspect that the item is damaged upon delivery, please do not sign any papers and contact us immediately. What you must do is sign that "goods need to be inspected" on the consignment. We will also require that you to email us some photos of the damaged parts within 3 days of delivery so we can replace the parts necessary.
