Payment

Methods of payment accepted include Paypal, Paymate and Bank deposit, cheques, money orders and correct cash on pick up. We prefer Paypal as postage can be undertaken on our next postage day. Shipping

We offer discounts on postage for multiple purchases depending on the weight and size of the items purchase. Shipping charges are variable and are listed on the product's page. Let us know upon receiving your items by leaving feedback. For parcels under 500grams we take no responsibility for items that have been lost in transit as the responsibility leaves our hands once the item has been posted.  If in doubt please request registered/insured post for an extra charge of $2.50.  Parcels over 500 grams are sent via eParcel which is registered and insured.

Delivery

Postage is undertaken on our next postage day for items that have been paid and verified. We post 4 out of 5 business days each week.  Our policy is post items once payment has been received and not before. Extra time should be allowed for bank deposits, cheques and eCheques (Paypal payments withdrawn from your bank) to be cleared and verified. Postage insurance is available on request for an extra cost unless already included - listing will state if included.

Refunds & Returns

Refunds are for items that arrive DOA or faulty - not for change of mind.  If the item was sent by insured post (check listing) and arrived damaged then return the parcel to Australia Post to make a claim or refuse to accept the parcel from Australia Post. Refunds can only be given once the item has been returned within 7 days of receiving in the original packaging with all the contents and paperwork it arrived with.  The costs involved in the return of the goods is the responsibility of the buyer. The refund amount will be the buy it now price only - not for the postage cost.  The refund will be by the same method paid.  Exchanges must be agreed upon not assumed.
