You can pay with your credit card, debit card, checking account or account balance via Paypal. It's so safe and convenient that we have made it our preferred payment method.
Payment must be received within 7 days of ended listing. If payment is not received or you haven't contacted us after this period of time, we will file an unpaid item claim, relist the item and you'll receive an unpaid item strike from eBay.
All winning bidders are subject to payment of the item that they bid, regardless of who pressed the button to bid. We have heard so many stories of kids, cousins, siblings and pets bidding for them, that we had to include this clause.
Some of our items are shipped directly from our distributor's warehouse. By having this process, we get to expedite shipping and keep our prices low. All items ship once payment has cleared.
The shipping service you choose will determine how soon the carrier delivers your package. Within that choice we'll pick the carrier that offers the fastest delivery time. Delivery time given by a carrier is an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays. All international delivery times depend upon the package clearing customs.
If you need your item by a specific date, parcel post and media mail are not a wise choice, specially during holidays. These options can take up to 2-3 weeks to deliver.
Our shipping costs include postage charges and shipping materials.
Your satisfaction is our goal, for that we offer a return/exchange policy.
You must contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will email within 48 hours an Authorization # -RMA. All returns and exchanges need a RMA prior to shipping packages back to us. No returns/exchanges will be accepted without a RMA, no exceptions.
EXCHANGES
If your item doesn't fit, you may exchange it for the right size. Once you contact us, you'll receive a RMA, instructions, a return label and an invoice for shipping the exchange to you. Your exchange will ship once the returned item is received and shipping charges paid. If no other size is available a refund will be issued for the item price.
RETURNS
If after initial inspection you are not happy with quality, materials or workmanship, you may return it. All returns must be in unused condition with all labels, tags and original packaging. Once you contact us, you'll receive a RMA and complete instructions for the return. All returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee.
Shipping charges for returns and exchanges are the sole responsability of the buyer. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

When you give a 4 stars rating, even though it may seem like a great score, eBay considers this a sub-par mark. Their standards require sellers to maintain 4.8 and above or be penalized with higher fees and more.
