Returns Policy

1. This Item is Brand New.
2. NO RETURNS are Accepted for this listing unless item is damaged or malfunction on arrival.
3. Please email to us for any damaged or malfunction within 7 days & return the pack in original condition within 21 days (Post Mark) after receiving the item. Seller is responsible for both return & send back mailing cost (standard air mailing only).
4. If the returned item find no malfunction or damage, both return & send back charges are at buyer expenses.
5. Buyer is responsible for all the postages when the item is sent back for repair after 7days of receipt.
6. NO replacement is accepted when the warranty is expired.

7. Loss of quality, degradation of performance or actual damage that results from use of spare parts or other replaceable items (such as consumables) that are neither made nor recommended by the manufacturer. 

8. Modification to the product and/or software, by someone other than our representatives.

9. Connection of other fittings, accessories, equipment or software to the product which were not approved by us.

10. External caused out of our control which may include accidents, fire diasters & burglaries.

11. Facults caused by shock or fall, sand, dust, dirt, dampness or corrosion, leaky batteries, repair or cleaning by unauthorised personnel.

12. Any malfunctions or specific requirements of any other item of hardware or software which you added to the product that was not included in the warranty.

13. Loss or damage of data.

14. Attaching the product to a network not approved by us, or of you have made changes to your operating or network system.

15. The warranty is not transferable to a third party.
