In regards to warranty issues postage is non refundable.
We will replace, refund or repair the item depending on product availability. The customer must bear the cost of returning warranty items to base. Return postage to the customer will be covered by us.
We do not cover damage during transit. Although all items will have to be signed for please endevour to check item before signing for it for freight damage.
The warranty does not cover abnormal use or goods that have been tampered with in anyway.
