The MIG 250Y split system, NBCs' series Gas Shield Welding machines is a new line of products upon studying the welding control theory of consumable electrode MIG welder and repeat practice. It adopts advance Inverter Technology, with quick dynamic response and high efficiency to shift energy, it's compact. Can control the output current wave during welding, greatly improves splatter condition and shaping during welding. With wide welding current adjustment range, widen the applicable wire range. With strong anti-vibration of wire netting function that can reach 15-20% compared to industrial requirement of 10%. Being a DC machine it has almost no spatter at all with very well controlled welds.

Voltage - Continuous adjustable voltage setting allow precise control of welding power for the various metal type and thickness.

Wire Speed - Allows you to control the speed of the wire feeder. By adjusting the voltage dial together with the wire speed dial you can adjust to the desired setting.

Digital Current Display - Shows current reading in amps while welding.

Digital Voltage Display - Shows voltage reading in amps while welding.
