The new generation SM 150cc is the most intimidating pit bike of our entire range. A miriod changes for this coming year have unleashed the hidden power of the DUCAR 150cc engine. With revised ignition mapping, performance camshaft, lightweight forged race piston and higher compression ratio to suit premium unleaded, you will leave the competition gasping for breath as they choke on your dust. Air flows through a hi-flow dual stage foam air filter and the power hungry Ducar engine is fed by a 26mm Japanese JK carby with race jetting which bolts onto a 25mm port-matched inlet manifold. You'll be the envy of the neighbourhood with a 28mm primary exhaust header and pro-circuit style muffler with 37mm outlet that gives you the sound to match your speed, demoralising the opposition. All this power is transferred into drive by a four speed japanese motocross style down-up pattern gearbox and a severe duty wet-bathed multiplate clutch which maintaines a soft even feel at the lever no matter how hard you ride it. The SM 150cc gives you the best bang for your buck on the market.

As well as a revised engine, we now sport the race-bred twin tubular frame and cradle with trellis bracing which is completely constructed out of high density, lightweight chromolly steel. To back it up we've added heavy duty upside down forks with alloy bars and alloy triple clamp up front with a zero-flex swingarm and heavy duty nitrogen charged CNC resevoir rear monoshock down back. 17" front and 14" rear wheels will give you that extra ground clearance you need to tackle any track or trail that other brands only dream of conquering ,while the motocross compound knobby tyres will pull you out of many-a-ditch or boghole.

As well as a bucket load of GO we've added a fist-full of WO. Large single piston front and dual piston rear brake callipers are fed by hi-volume master cylinders and race-spec steel braided brake hoses. All this stopping power clamps to the ventillated wave disc brakes with hard compound disc brake pads while the super comfortable foam padded gripper seat will keep you firmly planted no matter how vertical you get or how quick you stop!

As an added bonus, we are giving our "Buy It Now" customers a Racing CDI unit free of charge. The racing CDI boosts power to 16.5Hp@7500 rpm and 12Nm of torque from 4000rpm right through to 7000rpm!!!

The bike comes 95% assembled. All that is required is to put handle bar, wheels and front bar. This is very simple. Also please check all the bolts and nuts are tightened properly before riding. The engine must be run in for first 3 tanks. Make sure half throttle only before run in.

We provide quality bikes and have a full range of spare parts on site if required. we also have a service area to repair bikes and a mechanic on site 7 days a week. we are here for the long haul not a fly by nighter. Our aim is quality, affordability and reliability!!!

All our ATVs come with geniune LONCIN engine, our BIKEs come with geniune Lifan and Zhongsheng engine. Both motors are bullet proof. they are reputable motors.

As for the rest of the parts and frame, we also choose the higher quality parts over the cheaper ones.
