LIMITED WARRANTY
This product and component parts are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship.
This product and components are warranted against failure or defect arising from normal use for 12 months from the date of purchase. Cables are excluded from this warranty; shipping and labour charges are not included in this warranty.
AUSTRALIA AUCTION HOUSE will replace or repair at their discretion any item found to be defective in materials or workmanship.
EXCLUSIONS
The warranty, or implied warranty, does not cover normal wear and tear and all warranties are void if the product is used for other than normal activities. Repairs or replacements required where there is evidence that such conditions have contributed to a component failure will not be covered by the warranty. Other exclusions are: Damage affected by outer force, Intervention by unauthorized parties, Incorrect handling of the product, Non-compliance of the operating instructions and Commercial Use.
NOTICE
This warranty does not cover any personal injuries, damage to or failure of the product or any other losses due to accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, normal wear, improper assembly or improper maintenance. Claims under this warranty should be made to your authorized dealer with dated proof of purchase and said dealer will determine if the component(s) is defective. Any defective part will be provided free of charge. Installation labour is not included in this warranty. This warranty is extended to the original owner only and does not cover any defect, malfunction or failure which does not conform to the limited warranty aforesaid.

General Terms:
Warranty commences from date of sale.
Proof of purchase is required for any warranty claim.
Some claims may require the item to be returned to the place of purchase.
Repair, replacement and adjustment are not available for defects, faults or failures due to:
1. Ordinary wear and tear, user negligence, misuse or abuse, accident, fire, or
2. Malicious damage by a third person; alterations or modifications by a non authorized service technician
3. Failure to service the equipment in accordance with the user manual’s Specifications and recommendations.
All equipment is warranted for domestic use only.
Chargeable Items:
Where applicable, labour cost will be charged at discretion of AUSTRALIA AUCTION HOUSE.
Parts outside of warranty period or conditions will be charged accordingly and will incur freight cost.
Products from Australia Auction House that are used in a rental or hire situation will not qualify
for normal warranty conditions (Products in a rental or hire environment will receive parts at discretion of AUSTRALIA AUCTION HOUSE)
Warranty Types:
On-site warranty - Call outs are not included in AUSTRALIA AUCTION HOUSE warranty policy.
Return to base warranty - is also available for all products and will be charged when outside the warranty period.
Freight Costs
The cost of freighting the replacement part under warranty, or component to the customer will incur standard transport fees. The cost of freighting products or parts to Australia Auction House shall be at the expense of the customer, unless within DOA period (NB: if returned & not found to be DOA, customer will be responsible for all costs including freight)
Returned Goods
The unauthorized return of parts or product shall be at the expense of the customer. Australia Auction House will not be liable for the freight or return of the product
DoA (Dead on Arrival)
“DoA” applies to products which have a major fault within 7 days of customer purchase. These products will be repaired if possible or replaced if repair non possible.
Turnaround Times
It is the intention of Australia Auction House to respond to all warranty claims within 72 hours of unit inspection, dependant on parts availability and lead times for “Return to Base” products. In the event that Australia Auction House can not access parts, there may be some delay and the problem will be rectified as soon as parts come available.

REFUNDS POLICY: If the item is damaged or faulty upon receiving it, you are entitled to a refund. The conditions of refund: Claims must be made in writing to Australia Auction House within the first 7 days upon receiving your item to entitle you to a refund. FREIGHT is non refundable. Claims made after this period of time, items will be repaired. If item cannot be repaired, then a replacement will be provided. Upon Australia Auction House approval, item is to be returned by buyer to Australia Auction House in original condition & packaging prior to refund being processed.
This warranty does not cover any damage caused by transportation of your item, we are not responsible for damage in transit - you may wish to obtain transport insurance.
