DELIVERY CONDITIONS (NSW only)

Deliveries are generally done on Saturday but this may vary depending on the location and my schedule. A date and time will be arranged to suit both our schedules once I have been notified that you require delivery.

Payment to be made on delivery of item or prior by Bank deposit or Paypal (if you really must).

Delivery charges include Transporting to the closest point of trailer access to your dwelling and unloading the item at that point. It does not include carrying the item 10 metres down the road, up 10 flights of stairs and into rooms that it won’t fit in. In other words if you live in a unit and we have to park a street away due to no parking access near your unit, that is where the item will be unloaded, so you will need to have the manpower to move it.

However, if you live in this situation and have no one to move the item, the please contact me prior to bidding and I will quote on a delivery and moving fee (which will depend on the type and complexity of the dwelling).

When asking for a quote on moving fee, please be specific as to type of house/unit, what floor, how many stairs, parking facilities for high large trailer etc.
