Payment:

Winning bid amount + postage and handling fee is all that you pay (insurance is optional).

Shipping:

Items are shipped within 48 hours after payment is confirmed, except on weekends and public holidays.

Excel Computer’s does not take responsibility for items lost/damaged during transit therefore insurance are available at buyer’s discretion (charges apply).

Combine purchase is not available for PayPal payments as mentioned in PayPal User Agreement policy.

This clarification relates to clause 4.2.4 of PayPal's User Agreement. The revised wording is as follows: "The Seller Protection Policy will not apply to a transaction if you combine eBay items purchased through separate PayPal payments into a single shipment".

Please contact us before leaving negative feedback so we can resolve the issue, negative feedback cannot solve anything.

Refunds/exchange policy:

1. A 20% of the total price cancellation fee is applicable if you decide not to proceed with the transaction and would like a refund after payment has been made.
2. No refunds provided after shipment has been made.
3. No refunds for items purchased in error.
4. A 20% restocking fee will apply if you would like to exchange your product. The item must be in the same new condition as sent to you. Goods, which have been opened, will not be accepted.

After winning an auction or purchasing through "Buy It Now"

·         Contact MUST be made within 3 days.

·         Payment MUST be made within 7 days.

Please do not bid unless you intend on following through with the transaction. By purchasing an item or placing a bid you are entering a legally binding contract.

When paying, please use your user name as a reference so it’s easier to match your payment with your purchase. This is the only way we can track your purchase. Without it there could be delays in processing your order.

Please proceed to the checkout when you have won the auction or purchased through "Buy It Now".  By doing this your details will be forwarded to us, enabling us to process your purchase quickly without having to send you emails to get your address, etc...
