How to Determine the Correct Size to Order?

- The only reliable way is to measure your feet to determine their size using the US men's sizing standard.
- Do NOT guess or just order the same size as your shoes with other brands
- Do NOT convert from other size systems

How to measure your feet?

1. Place a piece of blank paper on a hard floor.
2. Stand on the paper wearing a sock (or no sock depend on your preference with boots)
3. Holding a pencil vertically, place a mark at the end of your heel.
4. Place another mark at the tip of your longest toe.
5. To find your size, measure the heel-to-toe mark and use the inch-to-size table below

Notice:

Exchanging shoes although welcomed will be very painful; because the shipping charges are high. All of our customers that followed that instruction were happy receiving the exact size.

All of our shoes are made of EUR size and exchange to USA size and UK/AUS sizes (the size table below), please choose the right size of you (Please choose the LARGER size if you have the mid number, example: you wear 10.5 US you'd better choose the EUR size 44 not size 43):It is best to choose a half size larger for comfort.

What size do you want?

This is not a trivial question! Even if all shoes and boots were made to consistent sizes and you wore a size 7 shoe, you wouldn't always want a size 7 shoe. You might want to wear extra heavy socks or multiple pairs of socks in cold weather or for extra cushioning. In that case you'd order the shoes a half to full size larger than your actual foot size. Finally, you should consider this: you can always adjust the fit of a shoe which is too big, but if it is too small, there is no way to make it larger! So it's better to buy your shoes a bit larger than a bit too small.

This takes approx 2 to 3 days depending upon access to your postcode. Sometimes you will receive a note in your mail box, describing your “Parcel is available for collection at your local named Post Office”

International shipping times take 7 to 12 business days to arrive depending on your location. We ship all our items from the Gold Coast Queensland Australia. All orders are inspected and packed by hand.
