We have a 14 day exchange policy (from date of purchase) however you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the item. You can either exchange for correct size, purchase a product to equal value (if item is a greater cost, difference must be paid) or you can purchase a store credit for yourself, a relative or a friend. Clothing must be returned in original packaging, not damaged and with all tags attached. The buyer is responsible for all postage costs and postage costs are non refundable.

We ship orders within 24-48 hours after receiving payment. We use Australia Post for delivery as it is a quick and reliable service.

All items will be sent via express post to guarantee quick delivery inside of Australia, however regular post is available. Australia post guarantees 1-3 business days for delivery. Express post provides you with a tracking number which can be tracked at any time. You can track your item here: http://auspost.com.au/track/. However you will need to contact us for the tracking number. Please allow up to 7 days for delivery if outside of NSW Australia, during holiday season and public holidays. We are not liable for any items lost in transit.
