DELIVERY NOTES
- The item will be delivered once the payment is cleared. Please contact us if the item is not received within 10 working days of payment confirmation.
- Buyer pays for all shipping costs as listed.
- Cash on delivery is not accepted.
- Buyer is responsible for sending the correct Delivery Address and a Contact Number. Please inform us of your delivery address if its different from the registered address on eBay.
- Item will be delivered during business hours (Mon - Fri). Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.
- We are not liable for any loss, theft or damage to any goods during transportation. For damages and goods lost during transportation, please consider paying insurance, which is 6% of the total value of the product.
- Goods will be delivered by a single driver. Due to Occupational Health and Safety regulations,
someone must be home to sign for the delivery and assist the driver with unloading goods if required. Normally the driver will only deliver the goods to the ground floor. Extra costs may incur if the delivery takes extra labour.

Do I need to send you my address and phone number?
You must make sure that we receive your correct delivery address (no PO Box address) and phone number for making delivery arrangement. Items cannot be delivered to PO Box addresses. If your phone number is not stored on eBay, please send us your phone number.
How much is the delivery cost and how long does the delivery take?

Will the courier contact me before delivery?

For DELIVERY item:
TOTAL AMOUNT PAYABLE = Item Price + Delivery Fees (from Delivery Cost Calculator above) + Optional Insurance (extra 6% of the item price)

For PICK UP item:
