If the item is factory defective you need to send the item back and I will replace it for free of charge and will ship it back to you (you pay to ship it to me and I will pay to ship it to you, since its factory defective and none of us fault) If you think the item is not new and it was advertized new, please do not use the item and contact me ASAP and send it back, DO NOT use the item and after weeks tell me the item was not new or as described. If you are purchasing a phone please contact your service provider and make sure it is compatible with their service, also since my phones are unbranded and they are not programmed for any service provider, you need to setup the Internet setting in order to use the pictures messaging MMS and connect to the Internet. Also some service providers are using different bands in different areas (like AT&T) and there is no way for me to find out about that so please at least email me before you purchase the item if you are not sure if the item works for you or not.
