Please make sure to pay with the correct address, I can’t change any shipping address if you email me. And I will to ship the item to the address that was provided by PayPal. I always do my best to ship the items the same day you buy or the following day but in some cases it might take up to 5 business day. I also don’t ship on Saturdays and Sundays and also holidays.

Please kindly check your item upon arrival and report any issues within 3 days. By purchasing this item you do agree to check the item upon arrival and report the issue. If the item is factory defective you need to send the item back and I will replace it for free of charge and will ship it back to you (you pay to ship it to me and I will pay to ship it to you, since its factory defective and none of us fault) If you think the item is not new and it was advertized new, please do not use the item and contact me ASAP and send it back, DO NOT  use the item and after weeks tell me the item was not new or as described. Most of the items are part of factories liquidation lots or over stuck goods and that is the price is much cheaper than retail price. So they do not come with factory warranty unless I advertize it, so if you need to have warranty on your item you have option to purchase Square Trade warranty for up to 3 years for less than $20.00. If you purchase a wrong item or you do not like the item you can send it back as long as you don’t use it and I will refund you mines 17% restocking fee (I pay 8% selling fee to eBay, 3% to PayPal and have to pay for shipping supplies and ship the item) so please be kind and Do not give me hard time for some thing that is in my policy.

If you are purchasing a phone please contact your service provider and make sure it is compatible with their service, also since my phones are unbranded and they are not programmed for any service provider, you need to setup the Internet setting in order to use the pictures messaging MMS and connect to the Internet. Also some service providers are using different bands in different areas (like AT&T) and there is no way for me to find out about that so please at least email me before you purchase the item if you are not sure if the item works for you or not.
