If the item is damaged or faulty upon receiving it, you are entitled to a refund. The conditions of the refund are as follows. Claims must be made within the first 7 days upon receiving your item to entitle you to a refund. FREIGHT is non refundable under any circumstances. Lifespan’s refund policy requires you to return the item back to base. If this is not achievable, then Lifespan will organize the collection of the freight and forward the costs to the customer. Claims made after this period of time, items will be repaired. If item cannot be repaired, then a replacement may be provided.

2. An appointment needs to be made for pick up. You cannot just turn up unannounced. Please allow at least 1 working day before pick up.

5. Please provide photo identity and proof of purchase when picking up your item. You proof of purchase can be found on eBay or within your email account.
6. Please note that in some cases, pick up may not be available due to low stocks. So please check with us before bidding if need be.
7. Please note that there is a $19.99administration fee (per item) for pick up. If you pick up more than one item at the same time, we will give discount and charge you flat rate $39.99 administration fee for the multiple pick ups. The fitness machine takes about 20 minutes to assemble (Approx). It is already partially assembled in a box. It will arrive in through a door to door courier company.
We have a skilled technician working for us who can guide you through with resolving the issue. He will call you within 24hrs of receiving your email of complaint and either try and fix the machine by a step by step process over the phone or parts may be issued. If the machine is still not working correctly, it may need to be returned to our workshop for assessment.
