1. Payment must be received within 7 business days after the invoice has been sent out. Special arrangements can be made but please inform us by mail if there will be a delay in payment.
2. Non-payment on the item won will incur a 15% of the total amount.
3. We guarantee all products are brand new and free from defective material and we agree to replace or repair any parts that have been proved to be defective.(Details see conditions applied in warranty section).However, warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, abuse, incorrect assembly, improper and irregular maintenance, or even accident of collision.
4. Please email us if you have any questions or inquire about this product before you wish to bidding. Incorrect purchases are not refundable.
5. We will not be held responsible for any incident, any accident or consequential damages related to the use or misuse of the product under any circumstances, being the vehicle, equipment or persons involved.
6. Our shop feedback system is automated and will automatically leave positive feedback once payment is received. Please contact us if there is any problems whatsoever with your purchase.
7. We are committed to work through any issues you may have in accordance with our policies. Should any problems arise, we will endeavor to assist. Please allow responses time is up to 3 working days.
8. We make all effort to ensure that the goods are as described in the listing.However, occasionally some variations may occur in the colors, model, specifications or other aspects.Our liability to you or any third parties under any circumstances is limited.
9. Transit times vary depending on the parcel size, destination, public holidays (especially Christmas time) and delays during weekends.Please allow up to 7-10 working days for delivery, but in most cases you can expect to receive your item in 3-5 working days.
Warranty
All the Gym Equipment has a 12-month warranty.
Please notify us if you find any faulty products in the first 7 days. Keep your original package in case we need you to return it.
In order for us to assist with these problems please supply pictures of the problem and a detailed description of exactly what is the wrong with the product.
If there are any faulty spare parts we will send replacements parts to you as soon as we receive faulty parts back to our warehouse for verification of the problem. Please note: buyer is responsible for return shipping charges..
After we carefully examine the faulty parts if it is cover under our warranty and not been misused or maintained correctly. We will arrange delivery of new replacement item at our expense.

Shipment
