The buyer pays for freight charges to return the item to Sideways and Sideways will refund 100% of the purchase price less original freight, paypal and handling cost. 2. Items returned must be in original packaging and complete. 3. Sideways will not accept the return of used items

Are you a registered business?
A: Yes, we are a registered business located in Surfers Paradise QLD and Tweed Heads South, NSW at the southern end of the Gold Coast.
Do your prices include GST?
A: All our prices include GST. Only the freight charge needs to be added to the closing price of an auction.
How will you ship the product once I've won the auction?
A: Sidewaysboardsports use our own courier or Australia Post to deliver all our items.
Do you sell outside of Australia?
A: We only sell / deliver products to addresses within Australia.
