I used to do about an hour of cardio 3 times a week, I now do about 40 mins of cardio and 30 mins of weights.

Thanks for your emails that you have been sending me since I bought the spin wheel Elliptical Bike off you 9 weeks ago. I am 51 years old and I weighed 93 kilos when I decided to go on a diet and start exercising. I followed a routine for 9 weeks of free weights, pushups, situps and leg raises, then 12 klms spin Elliptical Bike and 15 klms on mountain bike on flat surface.

As we want to get your new Elliptical Bike to you as quickly, cheaply and as safely as possible, we use Hunter couriers. Please note that due to the size and weight of the item, shipping prices vary depending on your location and how many depots Hunter couriers have in that area. Thefore if you're in a CBD or city, the price will be more affordable than a rural or country area.

Rest assured that we will keep the shipping and handling costs as cheap as possible for you and have found that Hunter couriers take much more care when handling your new piece of equipment than other couriers. This will ensure that it arrives safely and ready for you to assemle and use.

As part of this delivery process they require someone to be home to take delivery, and you must supply a contact number before we can ship.

The shipping and handling fees also include the courier giving you a courtesy call before they attempt delivery to arrange a time that suits you, so you won't be wasting any valuable time or extra fees and charges from the courier company later on, or hanging around all day waiting for them to show up! 

Once payment is received we will ship within 24 hours, usually quicker, unless it is a weekend, in which case we ship first thing Monday.

Due to our health & safety policies, we don’t allow pick ups and keep the shipping prices in mind when starting the auctions on eBay. We also can't deliver to a Post Office Box, as the machines are too big for the Post Office to hold. This equipment weighs nearly 50 kilos and that's why we like to deliver it right to your doorstep.
