Payment
- payment must make within 3 working days after auction ended, we accept Bank Direct Deposit/ Internet Banking Transfer ONLY .Sorry NO money order, cash , cheque or pick up.
- Bank info will shown once you click on the "Pay Now" button while the auction ended.
- if we NOT receive the payment within 7 working days either any contact from the buyers, we will left negative feedback and file an unpaid strike to against those unpaid buyers.
- all sales are final, please bid accordingly and make sure you agree with our terms and conditions. we don't accept any reason if buyer refuse to pay the item they won. ( e.g. misread the item description, bid the item by mistake, someone bid the item by his/her account etc....)
Shipping
- shipping cost is flat rate to all area in Australia. all item will ship by Australia Post parcel service.
- item will be dispatch within 2-3 working days upon payment cleared. the standard delivery time is 3-4 working days (excluding weekend and public holidays).
- we DO NOT take liability for any lost, stolen or damage during the shipment .insurance are optional for purchase while check out. this optional service are covered by Australia Post ,therefore buyer are subject to file the claim with Australia Post NOT us .
Warranty
- we do offer replacement or exchange for those manufacture faulty items which reported within 7 days after receipt.(base on the date which signed the package) However, buyer subject to sent back the item at their cost and we will pay for the shipping to return the replacement item. All return item must in it's original condition with all pacakaging without any sign of use. Otherwise, it can be repaired by our service centre.
- Items are discover faulty and reported after 7 days (base on the date signed the package) will cover by our back to base warranty in Sydney valid for 60 days after purchased. buyers are subject to pay shipping to sent back the items. An inspection fees of $35.00 will be charged by our service agent. Note: a parts and labour fees will apply for those human defect and faults.
- NO refund will be made except we unable to offer replacement or other circumstance. (Shipping and handling are non-refundable in any cases)
- Our replacement and warranty will not cover if:
1. item's accessories including charger, battery, handsfree, cable, memory card, software, pouch, case etc....
2. item has been repaired or modified or inspected by other technical officer or store.
3. item's housing has been opened or operation system being moved.
4. item's has been damaged by accident,abuse,misuse,neglect,water,fire or any other causes other than manufacture defect.
5. item's does appear one or two minor tear or wear which not effect the phone operation while the buyer received.
