Wuji Qigong was originally from the legendary founder of Taiji Quan (Tai Chi Chuan), Zhang San Feng ( Chan San Feng) as a form of enlightenment exercise. It has an unbroken lineage for over 800 years handed down and kept at Wudang Mountainby the Masters.
It has made its way into our lives thanks to Master Zhu Hui who received it from Taoist Master Li Tong (106 years old). Renascent was founded in 1984 & we have been teaching, training & sharing extensively around the world from that time onwards.
We offer classes in person or by correspondence, overseas spiritual/healing journeys. Daryll works at the XiYuan Medical Qi Gong Hospital in Beijing, Lesley has commenced work with an orphanage/school for disabled children outside of Beijing where as well as assisting the school we are in the process of setting up training studies for their teachers in natural therapies to assist with disabilities and are soon to be opening volunteer tours to live near and assist with the school for these 'forgotten children'.
Daryll & Lesley operate private & public (by donation) healing. Daryll works with the IVF girls assisting them to conceive, maintain healthy pregnancies & follow through with live births as well as working at a major Cancer hospital in Melbourne.

The basic description for the contents of these teachings are listed above. However we would like to point out that many of the DVD's are filmed in front of a live class or on a 1 to 1 basis. Whilst they may lack the 'gloss' of a professional studio produced DVD, the teachings are accurate, thorough and can be life changing. Rest assured that the exercises and teachings given to you are handed down through a direct linage. This is not a DVD that was put together to simply "sell and make money", rather they came about through requests from our own students to provide a medium they could take home in between classes (or instead of for interstate & overseas students) & practice - knowing they were performing the exercises correctly and were able to draw on the Qi (energy) field of their teacher whilst they were practising.
They are taught by a dedicated Qi Gong master with back up support for you if required.
We are certain if practiced you will receive great benefits from this wonderful form of healing.
We offer classes, seminars and workshops in person and by correspondence from beginners classes through to professional practitioner diploma levels.

(10-11 days) HAINAN ISLAND (STH CHINA) QI GONG HEALING RETREAT $790.00 - (A delightful tour, travel to this gorgeous Sth china island known as the 'Hawaii of China' - on an equatorial line - roughly between Vietnam and Hong Kong. Fly into Guangzhou and then to Haikou where you will be met at the airport and transported to a dedicated Qi Gong training centre operated by a Qi Gong Master. You will live there and spend 10 days in training, although the pace will be taking into consideration time for reflection, rest (2 hour nap time after lunch included) and healing. Each day you will be treated to a personal healing / energy attunement and a training class, Qi Gong exercises & training will be conducted throughout the 10 days. Here is a delightful email I received from one of the Qi Gong masters on the basis of the tour (please remember English is their 2nd language I have chosen to included this as it was written as I find the descriptions delightful)
The general time arrangement is in our centre: Practise Qigong 1 hour from 6:30-7:30;am Have breakfast from 7:40-8:00; Free time from 8:00-12:00( students can practise by themself , teacher can teach special thing according to the special person, eg, some foreigner need special help, some patients as like cancers need special cure and so on) have lunch at 12:10 -12:40; Have a nap at 1:00-3:00;pm Practise Qigong from 3:15-5:15; Have supper at 5:30-6:00pam Have a free time from 6:00-8:00 in the evening; Practise Qigong from 8:00-9:00 on the night.
We will have different kind of meeting each day in the afternoon, -eg- the topic can be how to practise Qigong, what is the core of the Qigong, what is it Zhineng Qigong, how to heal sickness by Qigong, how to develop Qigong, Qigong on the world and so on, each day has different topic, I can invite some very special Qigong teachers to join us.
