Questions Q. How long do I have to make the payment?
Payment for the item must be made within 5 days from the auctions end, or
purchase via our shop. Q. How do I make the
payment? Payment can be made using Paypal,
via Bank Deposit/Internet Banking Transfer, Cheque or Money order. Q. What method is used to ship our items? All items sold to an Australian address are shipped via Registered Post.
If you’d like to receive your item via express post, we will send your item
using an Express Post Platinum satchel to ensure that your item is tracked
within the Express Post Platinum network, and sent by courier. Please note – Any item that you would like to receive via Express
Post that does not fit into the satchel with its original box will be sent without
the box and extra padding to ensure its quality. (we will not refund any
money for the box). Q. How long will shipping take? Once
payment is received, shipping usually takes between 1 and 6
business days within Q. How do I track down my registered post item?
Please
email us if you haven’t received your item within 5 days. We will provide you
with your tracking number so that you’re able to enquire on the shipping
progress of your purchase. You will need to ring 13 13 18 and follow the
prompts. For Express Post Platinum Parcels, you are able to track them online
via the following website - http://platinum.auspost.com.au/platinum/index.asp. Q. What if my shoes
don’t fit? As long as you bear all shipping costs involved in the exchange for a
different size, we are able to exchange your item providing that you contact us
to make sure that we have your size available. If we don’t have another size
available and you require a refund, you will need to pay a re-stocking fee.
(see refund question below) Q. Can I get a refund? Refunds
are allowed only if the item is returned in original condition. If you require a refund simply because of a change-of-mind, you will be required to bear all shipping costs, and will need to pay a $15 re-stocking fee (no exceptions). Any
error made by our management will not require the customer to bear any
additional shipping or re-stock charges. We will fix the problem straight away! Q. Why are our prices so expensive? Our
prices are lower than most retail stores, offering 100% authentic products at
more reasonable prices. Most sellers claim to sell authentic products, but in
fact don’t. Our items, however, are higher priced than most others on eBay because
our items are authentic with original tags. Our items are located in SHIPPING CHARGES Each
item sold to an Australian address will be sent via Registered Post. Please
