Warranty and Refunds:

2. You are required to contact SupaSalesOnline before you return any product(s). This is because SupaSalesOnline maybe able to resolve the issue without the need to return the product(s).

3. SupaSalesOnline will endeavour to repair or replace your product if it is found to be Dead on Arrival (DOA) within 21 days from the date of purchase. Any DOA's must be returned to SupaSalesOnline within 14 days from the date of dispatch.

Shipping Information:

2. All shipments will be made within 48-72 hours (not including weekends and public holidays) after the payment has been received and confirmed.

6. All items over 20kgs are required to go via road freight couriers. In these cases the courier requires a postal address not a PO Box and a daytime contact number so that the delivery driver can call the purchaser to confirm the delivery day.
