Things that will delay your delivery:

No one home on delivery day. You will be emailed a tracking number & the ETA date once item has been dispatched. If no one is home to sign for the goods a card will be left and the item will need to be picked up from the depot. Alternatively a second delivery will incur a $30 charge.

Does the Pocket bike come fully assembled?
Answer 1:
98% assembled. There are 4 things you need to do/check. Tighten the handle bars, put on the foot pegs, check/adjust the brake cables & Check the air pressure in the tyres.

Do the goods come with freight insurance?

You will be convered in the event of any damage during transit. As a default goods will be shipped with insurance and there is no need to request this free upgrade. You have 24 hours after signing for the good to contact us by email if there is any damage.

Whilst we would like to offer free postage to Australia wide we can only offer this if you live within 3km from Whittlesea Victoria.

What are some modifications that can be made on this bike to make them go faster?

Question 5:
What fuel does this pocket bike run on?
Answer 5:
Best to run this on 25:1 mixture which means for every 1 litre of fuel use 40ml of oil. Shell optimax or Mobil Premium Grade fuel is recommended for best Performance. High Octane is a must as they are a high performance engine. As far as oil goes you will need a 2-Stroke motor bike oil that full synthetic oil, specifically for motor bikes & please use a well known brand of oil. We recommend Castrol TTS.

What should I do after I win the auction?
Answer 6:
After you win the auction, you need to complete the checkout and make sure your current delivery address is correct. Also you need to leave your contact mobile number. You will receive winning confirmation email from us within 1 working day. The total amount will be included in confirmation email.
Question 7:
How long will you ship out my item after I have completed the payment?
Answer 7:
It will depend on payment method. We will organize the shipment within 1 working day once payment is cleared. Normally it takes 1-3 days for payment clear.
Question 8:
Who do I contact after you ship out the item?
Answer 8:
We will email you the shipping details (courier contact number and your connote number). You should then contact the courier company to track the shipment & organize a time for delivery with them to ensure you are home. This can be done once you receive the shipping details from us. As a default the courier company will attempt delivery to your address. If you are not home they will leave a calling card for you to make alternative arrangements. If you are not home a redelivery surcharge may apply.
