Anyone who places a winning bid on the item, then writes to me after the auction saying "Oops, sorry, can you offer this to the runner up bidder, I didn't read the bit where it said...", WILL receive an unpaid item strike. I usually run my auctions for 7-10 days, so that gives everyone plenty of time to read the listing, check sizing information, view the photos, and know exactly what they are bidding on.

--Please do not bid if you are not 100% certain you want the item and/or can pay for the item. ALL non-paying bidders will be reported to ebay and given an unpaid item strike.

--International buyers must pay via Paypal. Please do NOT bid and then email after the auction asking if I will accept international bank transfers, drafts, money orders, etc. The answer is NO. If you are an international bidder and do not have Paypal, then please do not bid on my auctions.

--No personal cheques. Bank cheques and money orders happily accepted from Aussie ebayers, but no personal cheques please.

--No refunds for sizing issues. I describe the sizing of shoes, boots and garments to the best of my ability. I will always list the manufacturer's marked sizing wherever available, and will often include actual dimensions, manufacturer's sizing recommendations, official Australian equivalents of international sizes for shoes/boots as per international sizing charts ( http://www.i18nguy.com/l10n/shoes.html ), and sizing comparisons based on experiences with real live individuals. Based on the information I provide, the sizing tends to be right on the money for the vast majority of my customers. Despite all this, I cannot guarantee any item I sell will fit you, as I don't have the luxury of a walk-in store where you can try the items on before buying (and if I had a walk-in store, my items would probably be selling for a lot more than what they do on ebay). Also, sizing can vary among different manufacturers, so the shoes you use to determine your Australian sizing may be different to the ones used by the the folks who drew up the sizing charts. This is the internet, where one of the potential downsides to buying something at a tiny fraction of the recommended retail price is that the item cannot be tried on before purchase.
