PICK UP TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

PICK UP IS AVAILABLE BY REQUEST IN CAMPBELLFIELD VIC AND REGENTS PARK NSW.
PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
1. At the completion of the sale, please click our online-booking link to book your pick up . Please check your winning notification email for your reference number.
2. An appointment needs to be made for pick up through our online-booking link only. You cannot just turn up unannounced nor can we make bookings for pick up over the phone. Please allow at least 1 working day before pick up.
3. Cash and Eftpos payments are accepted as forms of payment for items being picked up only (preferred method).
4. If you are making payment before pick up then the payment needs to have cleared before pick up (not recommended).
5. Please provide photo identity and proof of purchase when picking up your item. Your proof of purchase can be found on eBay or within your email account.
6. Please note that in some cases, pick up may not be available due to low stocks so please check with us before bidding if need be.
7. Please note that there is a $19.99 handling fee (per item) for pick up. If you pick up more than one item at the same time, we will give discount and charge you flat rate $39.99 handling fee for the multiple pick ups. This is in relation to the time allocated to service your pick up and load your item.
8. If you wish to authorise a third party to pick up your purchase on your behalf, then you will be required to fill in a Letter of Authorization form.

BACK TO BASE POLICY: If item was picked up and a warranty issue arises, the items need to be brought back to the pick up address for assessment. No house calls will be made. We can organize to have the item brought back at the cost of the customer.

After payment has cleared, Your Treadmill will be sent through door to door company. We will provide you with courier contact number and consignment number. Buyer must provide full street name and telephone number at auctions ends to avoid delays if it differs from your details on eBay. VERY IMPORTANT!

PLEASE NOTE: After the auction is ended, you will receive an email containing an "ONLINE DELIVERY CONFIRMATION FORM" from us. To avoid delays in delivery, please click the link within the email and submit the form online within 2 days. PLEASE NOTE:The purpose of this form is to make sure someone is home to accept delivery and avoid unsuccessful delivery attempts which in turn cause delays in delivery.

PLEASE NOTE: WE CANNOT DELIVER TO PO BOX ADDRESSES.

Due to Occupational Health and Safety , someone must assist the courier driver with unloading the item as it is too heavy for one person to carry on their own. If you do not have anyone to assist the driver, then you will require a tail gate truck to unload your parcel. There will be an additional charge for a tail gate if you require a tail gate, please contact us via email after the auction has completed.

PLEASE NOTE: If you suspect that the item is damaged upon delivery, please do not sign any papers and contact us immediately. What you must do is sign that "goods need to be inspected" on the consignment. We will also require that you email us some photos of the damaged parts within 3 days of delivery so we can replace the parts necessary.

All items are dispatched within 48 Hours of cleared payment (weekdays only).

To avoid delays in delivery, please click the link within the email and submit the delivery confirmation form online within 2 days. PLEASE NOTE:The purpose of this form is to make sure someone is home to accept delivery and avoid unsuccessful delivery attempts which in turn cause delays in delivery.

Attention Buyers*
If you have a Hotmail, Yahoo, Optusnet, Bigpond, or any other email account with a junk, spam or bulk mail folder, please check those folders often after you bought the item from us because many of our past customers have received our important emails in those folders, and some people never look at those emails that are not in their inbox folder. We will send confirmation email after auction finished and want to make sure you receive and read all of our important emails. Please check your email system after you bought item from us, otherwise dispatch delay may occur.
