Combined postage - I only charge what it costs me for packaging & post, therefore additional items, paid for with the one payment, will be post free if size or weight doesn't take the parcel up to the next price bracket. As a guide, up to 20 pairs of earrings would cost $1.50! If you purchase a larger item at $4.00 post, for example, several smaller items could also be included at no extra cost.

If you are making multiple purchases, please don't complete checkout until I send an invoice so that I can ammend postage charges. If you do overpay, I will refund the extra.

Handling time - I post within 1 working day of your payment appearing in my account. I email when payment appears & also when I've posted your item.

IMPORTANT!!! PLEASE check that eBay has your correct postal address details as this is almost always the reason items go missing in the post! I can't afford to replace missing items so $2.60 extra for registered post may be a good investment. I do my bit by ALWAYS posting at the post office, never in street mailboxes. International bidders, Australia Post charges a ridiculous amount for insurance. It is $7.50 ON TOP OF postage cost. If an item can go as a large letter, it cannot be registered so it must be posted as a small parcel (usually about 3 times the price!), taking your $2.40 post item cost up to about $15 AU. Since you pay through PayPal, and I am a qualifying seller for PayPal Buyer Protection, you have security that way. If you REALLY insist on insurance please contact me to arrange it.

Echeques take 4 working days to clear.

What is an echeque?

If you pay by PayPal and there aren't enough funds in your PayPal account, PayPal will go to your next nominated funding source. If this is your bank account the money will come from there BUT the transaction will only go through straight away IF you have a credit card as a back-up funding source. If not, PayPal issues an echeque. This tells the seller that the funds are on the way but not to send the item until the echeque has cleared. PayPal has to access the funds from your bank and process the payment to the seller. Effectively, the seller isn't paid until PayPal emails to say that the money has come through.

Please remember this when making judgements about the speed with which an item has been sent!

I acknowledge every echeque and email when notified of clearance by PayPal. I post within 1 working day of clearance.
