After payment has cleared, Your exercise bike will be sent through door to door company. We will provide you with courier contact number and consignment number. Buyer must provide full street name and telephone number at auctions ends to avoid delays if it differs from your details on eBay VERY IMPORTANT!

PLEASE NOTE: If you suspect that the item is damaged upon delivery, please do not sign any papers and contact us immediately. What you must do is sign that "goods need to be inspected" on the consignment. We will also require that you to email us some photos of the damaged parts within 3 days of delivery so we can replace the parts necessary.
