You may also wish to use lock nuts depending on what you want to do with your setup.  Make sure that you adjust the brake cables so that the brakes are in the correct position and working properly. Usage:  The Performance handlebars spin 360 degrees, so please make sure that the forks of the bike point the right way when attaching the handle bars.  You can adjust the angle of the handlebars to suit.
