TERMS AND CONDITION

1. WINNER INFORMATION:

Buyers, please supply correct contact number (preferred mobile phone) and have the full responsibility to provide correct delivery address on check-out invoice or other message before payment made, we don’t take any responsibility about wrong address delivery if u don’t update correct delivery address.

2.  PICK-UP, HANDLING, POSTAGE & SHIPPING:

A. PICK-UP: pick-up is not available, unless stated, for pick-up items, because we use 3^rd party logistic company to do dispatch, handle fee will be charged.

B. HANDLING FEE: we use 3^rd party logistics company to do dispatch, our shipping cost includes packing material, handling fee, insurance and freight or postage. If you feel that the postage charges will become an issue that might result to neutral or negative feedback at the end of the transaction, so please do not bid unless you intend to complete the sale.

C. SHIPPING: dispatch takes about 1-3 working days, after payment clearance. Delivery is not available on weekends, public holidays, and after business hours unless you got booking confirmation. We will not accept some special urgent deliveries (e.g. Birthday, special events need) unless extra express and urgent service fee paid.

D. COMBINE POSTAGE: we use 3^rd party logistics to do dispatch, so we will pay handle fee for each item, but we do offer combine postage for most of items, please check individual item combine postage condition.

3. PAYMENT METHODS:

Your bidding is serious transaction that means agree with all the terms and conditions including our shipping & handling fee as well as our Payment condition. If winner does have some special reason can not complete transaction, please refund our EBay insertion fee and final value fee.

Payment must be received within 7 days after auction finished from the date of receipt of email checkout notification after the end of the sale.

If the winner does not want to complete transaction, please answer our mutual withdraw agreement and pay us corresponding eBay insertion fee and our handling charge.

If the winner changed mind after receiving our items (not quality and products description issues), please send back to us as new. We will refund money after checking products. However, we will reduce eBay insertion fee and handling fee.
