Terms & Conditions

• This item is covered by a '7 Day Dead on Arrival' replacement warranty only. Buyer should test item upon receipt and report any problems to us without delay. You have 7 days from estimated delivery date to report problems. Warranty is only for faulty workmanship, any problems due to buyer misuse or accident are not covered. There are no refunds for change of mind, or minor variations in model, colour, specifications or compatibility issues.
• Buyer must return the item within 7 days of RMA authorisation in all of the original packaging and accessories. Returns must be safely packaged, risk of transit is with buyer, we advise you insure the item. Returns without our prior authority or sent outside warranty period will not be accepted. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
• All claims are considered at seller's discretion. Buyer is responsible for all postage costs which are non-refundable. We reserve the right to charge a $35 Service Fee if returned items are working.
