F.A.Q.

 Q. I bought multiple items. Can I combine the postage cost?

A. No. The fee is a postage and handling fee and although there may be multiple items going to the same destination each item has to be individually inspected and packaged before being shipped.

Q. How long after I pay for an item will I receive it?

A. After we confirm payment for an item please allow 10 working days for it to arrive.

Q. My item is damaged/lost/not the item I won!

A. We inspect all items before they are packaged and shipped to ensure their quality, however we are aware that damage can occur during postage. If the item should arrive in a damaged condition simply send dlrauctiondeals an e-mail clearly outlining the problem and include a photo of the damage and we will work to resolve the issue.

With regards to lost items, allow 10 working days for the item to arrive after confirming the item and if it does not arrive with within this time frame contact dlrauctiondeals to make us aware of the problem and we will follow it up with the postal service. dlrauctiondeals do our best to ensure quality of service to all our customers. We acknowledge that from time to time mistakes can occur. If there should happen to be a mix up and you receive the wrong item please contact dlrauctiondeals clearly stating what item you received, what item you confirmed and include a photo of the item you received and we will work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. All responses will be sent to the user’s email.
 

There will be no reimbursement for items damaged in transit; however we will replace such item under the following conditions:

1. You made a thorough inspection of the item shipped by us for any damage before signing the receipt from the carrier, and made note of the nature and extent of the damage on the receipt.
2. In the event of damage being concealed or obvious, you will then notify us within 7 days upon receipt of such item, while retaining the item and the packaging for inspection by the carrier.
3. In any event that the carrier did not issue a damage call tag, it will be your sole responsibility to return the damaged item to us, carefully packaged with the freight pre-paid by you for inspection. It is entirely at our discretion to determine whether the item at the time of F.O.B shipment was damaged. Replacement of the item will be made immediately if you choose too and an invoice will be given. The original net invoice price will be then credited and immediately issued provided the preceding conditions are met.

Product Guarantee

All products that are auctioned by us is solely covered by the manufacturer's warranties as stated in the description at the auction.

There are no other warranties that will apply except to the extent that is required by law.

If the winning bidder believes that an item is defective with regard to the material or workmanship, the customer may return such item and replacement will be made. Any defect to an item will be determined at the sole discretion of dlrauctiondeals. If found to be defective dlrauctiondeals will take the necessary action to replace such item.
