Accepted forms of payment are PayPal (preferred) and all major credit cards such as Visa, Master Card, Discover. We prefer PayPal - please use the link that you will receive by email when paying with PayPal.
Your order will ship 1-2 business days of cleared payment. We do combine shipping (U.S. residents)..the heaviest item in your order ships at full price (use the SHIPPING area near the bottom of the page to enter your zip code & get the amount) EACH additional SINGLE item adds $3.00 or EACH additional LOT of items adds $5.00 to your shipping total. Please WAIT for our invoice BEFORE paying. If payment is made prior to our invoice & shipping did not combine we cannot revise or refund shipping charges. International Customers: If item gets lost or stolen in transit, or for any other reason not of fault by us, only the price of the goods will be refunded. Shipping is non-refundable in such cases. Sales tax is charged to residents of NY on the total sale amount including shipping charges.
Please note that all items are sold "as is" FINAL SALE. We do our best to be as honest as possible when describing all items. All items are brand new unless noted otherwise. Many clothing items are titled NWT (new with tags) but do not have retail store tags. We purchase our items in large wholesale lots from manufacturers, not retail stores. We advertise as NWT as these items are new, and would have tags if we had bought them from a retail store. All clothing has size and/or brand labels.
Occasionally, we have to report a Non-Paying Bidder (NPB) to eBay. If we are not paid or contacted within 7 days, we begin eBay procedures by reporting the NPB. Afterward if we are not paid we ban the NPB from bidding in the future. NPBs and negative feedback is taken very seriously, and is very damaging here in the eBay community. We expect that you will honor the commitment you make when completing your purchase.
Imperial Textile is a wholesale distributor of linens, uniforms & clothing items. We sell to other businesses such as hotels, restaurants, etc. We maintain our eBay Store and use auctions to liquidate our overstock merchandise. Imperial Textile takes pride in our very high feedback rating. We have never left negative feedback for a buyer that pays promptly and is reasonable to deal with. We request that you contact us prior to leaving neutral or negative feedback, as most situations can be resolved amicably for the benefit of both parties . We do not leave feedback until feedback is left for us. We wait for positive feedback to know that you received your purchase in good condition and are pleased with it.
