THE  PICTURE  MAKES  THE  WAIST  CINCHER  LOOK  STRAIGHT  UP  AND  DOWN  BUT  IT  IS  NOT.   I MAKE  IT  ANGLED  UP  SO  THE  TOP  IS  LARGER  THAN  AT  THE  WAIST.
